Self-healing is a topic that has become increasingly present in recent years. A variety of mystics, healers and philosophers repeatedly claim that one has the potential to heal oneself completely. In this context, the activation of one's own self-healing powers is often given priority. But is it really possible to heal yourself completely? To be honest, yes, every human being is able to break free from any ailment, to heal themselves completely. These self-healing powers lie dormant in the DNA of every person and are basically just waiting to be activated again in a person's incarnation. In this article you can find out how this works and how to fully activate your own self-healing powers.
7 step guide to full self-healing
Step 1: Use the power of your thoughts
In order to be able to activate one's own self-healing powers, it is first and foremost necessary to deal with one's own mental abilities or create a positive spectrum of thoughts. It is important to understand why thoughts represent the highest authority in our existence, why everything arises from thoughts and why all material and immaterial states are only a product of our own creative powers of thought. Well, for this reason I will give a deeper insight into this matter. Basically it looks like this: Everything in life, everything you can imagine, every action you have committed and will commit in the future is ultimately only due to your consciousness and the resulting thoughts. For example, if you go for a walk with your friends, then this action is made possible only because of your thoughts. You imagine the corresponding scenario and then you realize this thought by taking the necessary steps (contacting friends, choosing a location, etc.). That is the special thing in life, the thought represents the basis/cause of any effect. Even Albert Einstein came to the realization at that time that our universe is just a single thought. Since your whole life is only a product of your thoughts, it is imperative to build up a positive mental spectrum, because all your actions arise from your thoughts. If you are angry, hateful, envious, jealous, sad or generally have a negative attitude, then this always leads to irrational actions, which in turn worsen your mental milieu (energy always attracts energy of the same intensity, but more on that later). Positivity of any kind exerts a healing influence on your organism and at the same time raises your own vibrational level. Negativity of any kind, in turn, diminishes your own energetic base. At this point I must note that consciousness or Structurally, thoughts consist of energetic states. Due to correlating eddy mechanisms (these eddy mechanisms are also often referred to as chakras), these states have the ability to make subtle changes. Energy can condense decompress. Negativity of any kind condenses energetic states, making them denser, making you feel heavy, sluggish, and restricted. In turn, positivity of any kind de-densifies one's vibratory level, making it lighter which results in one feeling lighter, happier and more spiritually balanced (personal sense of freedom). Illnesses always arise first in your thoughts.
Step 2: Unleash your spiritual powers
In this context, the connection to one's own soul, to the spiritual mind, is of the utmost importance. The soul is our 5 dimensional, intuitive, mind and is therefore responsible for the generation of energetically light states. Every time you are happy, harmonious, peaceful and otherwise commit positive actions, this is always due to your own spiritual mind. The soul embodies our true self and wants to be lived subconsciously by us. On the other hand, the egoistic mind also exists in our subtle organism. This 3 dimensional material mind is responsible for the production of energetic density. Every time you are unhappy, sad, angry or jealous, for example, then you act out of the selfish mind in such moments. You revive your own thoughts with a negative feeling and thereby condense your own energetic basis. Furthermore, one creates a feeling of separateness, because basically the fullness of life is permanently present and just waiting to be lived and felt again. But the ego mind often limits us and causes us to mentally isolate ourselves, that we humans cut ourselves off from wholeness and then allow self-imposed suffering in our own spirit. However, in order to build up a completely positive spectrum of thoughts, in order to completely decondense one's own energetic basis, it is important to regain the connection to one's own soul. The more one acts out of one's own soul, the more one decondenses one's own energetic basis, one becomes lighter and improves one's own physical and mental constitution. In this context, self-love is also a suitable keyword. When one regains one's full connection to the soul mind one begins to love oneself completely again. This love also has nothing to do with narcissism or anything else, but is much more a healthy love for yourself, which ultimately leads to fullness, inner peace and ease being drawn back into your own life. Yet in our world today there is a conflict between the psychic and the egoistic mind. We are currently in the newly beginning platonic year and humanity is beginning to increasingly dissolve its own egoistic mind. This happens, among other things, through the reprogramming of our subconscious.
Step 3: Change the quality of your subconscious
The subconscious is the largest and most hidden level of our own being and is the seat of all conditioned behavior and beliefs. This programming is deeply anchored in our subconscious and is brought to our attention again and again at certain intervals. It is often the case that every person has countless negative programmings that always come to light. In order to heal yourself, it is important to build up a completely positive body of thought, which in turn only works if we dissolve/change our negative conditioning from our subconscious. It is necessary to reprogram one's own subconscious so that it mainly sends positive thoughts into the day consciousness. We create our own reality with our consciousness and the thoughts that arise from it, but the subconscious also flows into the realization/design of our own lives. For example, if you are suffering because of a past relationship, your subconscious will keep reminding you of that situation. In the beginning one will get a lot of pain from these thoughts. After the time when one overcomes the pain, firstly these thoughts become less and secondly one no longer derives pain from these thoughts, but can look forward to this past situation with joy. You reprogram your own subconscious and transform negative thoughts into positive ones. This is also a key to being able to create a harmonious reality. It is important to strive for a reprogramming of your own subconscious and this only works if you work on your own self with all your willpower. This is how you manage to create a reality over time in which mind, body and soul can interact with each other in harmony. At this point I can also highly recommend an article of mine on the subject of the subconscious (The power of the subconscious).
Step 4: Draw energy from the Presence of Now
When one achieves this one also becomes able to act completely out of present patterns. Seen in this way, the present is an eternal moment that has always existed, is and will be. This moment is constantly expanding and every single person is in this moment. As soon as you act out of the present in this sense, you become free, you no longer have negative thoughts, you can live in the now and fully enjoy your own creative potential. However, we often limit this ability and trap ourselves in negative past or future situations. We become unable to live in the now and worry about the past, for example. We get caught up in certain negative past situations, for example a situation we deeply regret, and we can't get out of it. We keep thinking about this situation and can't get out of these patterns. In exactly the same way, we often lose ourselves in negative future scenarios. We fear the future, we fear it, and then we let that fear paralyze us. But even such thinking only keeps us from the present life and prevents us from looking forward to life again. But in this context one has to understand that past and future do not exist, both are constructs that are only maintained by our thoughts. But basically you only live in the now, in the present, it has always been like that and it will always be like that. The future does not exist, for example what will happen next week is happening in the present and what happened in the past also happened in the present. But what will happen in the "future present" depends on oneself. You can take your destiny into your own hands and shape life according to your own wishes. But you can only do that by starting to live in the now again, because only the present holds the potential for change. You cannot change your situation, your circumstance, by trapping yourself in negative thought situations, only by living in the now and starting to live life fully again.
Step 5: Eat a completely natural diet
Another very important factor to heal yourself completely is a natural diet. Okay, of course I have to say at this point that even a natural diet can only be traced back to your own thoughts. If you eat energetically dense foods, i.e. foods that compress your own vibrational level (fast food, sweets, convenience products, etc.), then you only eat them because of your own thoughts about these foods. Thought is the cause of everything. Nevertheless, a natural cause can work wonders. If you eat as naturally as possible, i.e. if you eat a lot of whole grain products, eat lots of vegetables and fruit, drink a lot of fresh water, eat legumes and possibly supplement a few superfoods, then this has a very positive effect on your health own physical and mental condition. Otto Warburg, a German biochemist, received the Nobel Prize for discovering that no disease can manifest itself in a basic and oxygen-rich cell environment. But nowadays almost everyone has a disturbed cell environment, which in turn results in a weakened immune system. We eat foods that are full of chemical additives, fruits that have been treated with pesticides, processed foods that are enriched with substances that are absolutely harmful to the body. But all of this leads to us undermining our own self-healing powers. Furthermore, these foods cause our mental spectrum to deteriorate. You can't think completely positively if, for example, you drink 2 liters of coke every day and eat heaps of chips, that doesn't work. For this reason you should eat as naturally as possible to activate your own self-healing powers. This not only improves your own physical well-being, but you are also able to create more positive thoughts. A natural diet is therefore an important basis for your own mental constitution.
Step 6 : Bring momentum and movement into your life
Another important point is to bring movement into your own life. The principle of rhythm and vibration demonstrates it. Everything flows, everything moves, nothing stands still and everything changes at all times. It is advisable to adhere to this law and for this reason to overcome rigidity. For example, if you experience the same thing 1:1 day after day and can't get out of this rut, it's very stressful for your own psyche. On the other hand, if you manage to break out of your daily habit and become flexible and spontaneous, then that in turn is very inspiring for your own mental state. In the same way, physical activity is a blessing. If you exercise in any way on a daily basis, you join the flow of movement and decompress your own vibration level. Furthermore, it is also possible that the energy in our body can flow much better. The energetic flow of our existential basis improves and energetic impurities are increasingly dissolved. Of course, you don't have to do excessive sport and train intensively for 3 hours a day. On the contrary, just going for a 1-2 hour walk has a very healthy influence on our mind and can improve our psychological well-being. A balanced, natural diet in combination with sufficient exercise lets our subtle clothing shine lighter and increasingly activates our own self-healing powers.
Step 7: Your faith can move mountains
One of the most important factors in developing your own self-healing powers is belief. Faith can move mountains and is very important for the realization of wishes! If, for example, you do not believe in your own self-healing powers, you doubt them, then it is also impossible to activate them from this doubting state of consciousness. One then resonates with lack and doubt and will only draw further lack into one's own life. But again, doubts are created only by one's own egoistic mind. One doubts one's own self-healing powers, does not believe them and thus limits one's own abilities. But faith has incredible potential. What you believe in and what you are absolutely convinced of always manifests itself in your omnipresent reality. This is also one of the reasons why placebos work, by firmly believing in an effect you create an effect. You always attract what you are completely convinced of into your own life. It is the same with superstition. If you see a black cat and therefore assume that something bad could happen to you, then this could happen. Not because the black cat brings bad luck or misfortune, but because one mentally resonates with misfortune and because of this will attract more misfortune. For this reason, it is very important never to lose faith in yourself or, in this context, in your own self-healing powers. Only the belief in it makes it possible for us to draw them back into our own lives, and thus belief represents the basis for the realization of our own wishes and dreams. Finally, one can say that there are of course countless other aspects and possibilities for our own self-healing potential unfold again, so that you can look at the whole thing from other perspectives. But if I were to immortalize all of these here, the article would never end. Ultimately, it is up to everyone whether they manage to activate their own self-healing powers again, because everyone is the creator of their own reality, the smith of their own happiness. In this sense stay healthy, happy and live a life in harmony.
Hello dear person, you wrote that.
Thank you for trying to put the incomprehensible into words.
I would like to recommend a book to you about the appearance of anger and your assignment to negative energies, which is a great inspiration to me.
"Anger is a gift" It is written by the grandson of Mahatma Gandhi.
He was brought to his grandfather as a 12-year-old boy because he was often very angry and his parents hoped that the boy would learn something from Gandhi. He then lived with him for two years.
The book explains very clearly the importance of anger and the chance of positive use of this energy.
I haven't read it but listened to the audiobook on Spotify.
May you live long and continue to be of great benefit to all sentient beings.
