detoxification

As I have often mentioned in my articles, the main cause of a disease, at least from a physical point of view, lies in an acidic and oxygen-poor cell environment, i.e. in an organism in which all functionalities are massively impaired are and consequently important nutrients, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, etc. can hardly be absorbed (the development of deficiencies).

Today's "industrial organism"

Rid the body of all toxinsOf course, one's own mind is always the main cause for the manifestation of an illness. How could it be otherwise, because all of life is ultimately a product of one's own mind. Disharmonious thoughts or rather feelings, one could also speak of emotional or oxidative stress, also ensure an acidic cell environment and exert a very lasting influence on one's own organism. The same also applies to today's highly industrial diet (which is ultimately also a mental product - we decide what we want to consume - we follow thoughts and feelings), through which one's own organism is chronically poisoned on a daily basis. Whether it’s the daily consumption of finished products, ready-made sauces, meat or animal products (which have been proven to acidify our cell environment), countless white flour products, sweets, fast food and countless other sustainable foods, we humans expose ourselves to permanent physical poisoning and that in turn brings with it an incredible number of disadvantages. Ultimately, how should it be otherwise, because our body is increasingly becoming waste and there is no relief. As a result, various toxins are deposited in your body from month to month/year to year, which in turn exerts an additional burden.

Everyone wants to stay healthy and live a long life, but very few do anything about it. If men would take half as much care in staying healthy and living wisely as they do now in getting sick, they would be spared half their illnesses. – Sebastian Kneipp..!!

Some of these toxins are often transported into the bloodstream, in small amounts, which can lead to exhausted or emotionally agitated behavior over time.

detoxificationIt then becomes harder to maintain a lucid state of consciousness. The same applies to the manifestation of harmonious thoughts and feelings, because chronic intoxication clouds our own mind. Ultimately, this also massively reduces your own quality of life in the long run. On the other hand, this blinkered state (fog in the head, little drive, emotional depression) becomes everyday normality and a clear and vital life situation is increasingly forgotten. For all these reasons, in today's world, especially when we have been gluttons and dependent on processed foods for decades, it is of the utmost importance to detoxify your body. And of course, such a detox isn't exactly easy, because one's craving for all those additives, simple sugars, sweeteners, etc. is strong, even very strong. In this regard, I have already mentioned several times how strong your own dependency or addiction to this industrial food is and, above all, how difficult it is to free yourself from it, even if this is only to be the case for a few weeks. I myself have also repeatedly suffered "setbacks" (okay, they were all important experiences) in this regard, because my craving for this food is also extremely high. I also have to admit that for me personally, the consistent avoidance of such foods feels like the greatest challenge. Quitting smoking, no problem, it's tough, but doable. Exercising every day? It's tough but doable. Detoxifying your own body and eating completely clean over a longer period of time is extremely difficult, it is hard to put into words how much willpower it requires. And yet I've been in such a radical detox for seven days now (video follows the days). This detoxification also differs from all my previous dietary changes/detoxifications, because this time the focus is on your own detoxification, i.e. intestinal sanitation, the relief of your own organism and a complete renunciation of all unnatural foods/additives.

As far as that is concerned, these seven days have been so formative, revealing and varied so far, as has not been the case for a long time. And even though there have already been some ravenous appetite attacks (which I couldn't keep up with) and also some low moods, there were also many moments in which I felt extremely good, sometimes even really liberated and vital, sometimes apart from the enormous willpower that came with it could now become manifest. Well then, in the next part of this series of articles, I will be sharing a complete guide to detox & gut sanitation. I will also list 1:1 the things that I have implemented or even taken (regarding nutrition, sport, dietary supplements, etc.). A suitable video will also follow for this article, in which I will also describe my moods and experiences to you again. But everything, at least in all probability, only in 2-3 days. In this sense stay healthy, happy and live a life in harmony. 🙂
