A few days ago I started a small series of articles that generally dealt with the topics of detoxification, colon cleansing, cleansing and dependence on industrially produced food. In the first part I went into the consequences of years of industrial nutrition (unnatural nutrition) and explained why detoxification is not only extremely necessary these days, but can also help us to find a new attitude towards life.
Rid the body of all waste products/toxins
For all those who have not yet read the first part of this series of articles but are still interested in this whole topic, I can only recommend the first article to them: Part 1: Why a detox?! Otherwise, we continue with the second part and, above all, with the implementation and instructions that go with it. In this context I also have to mention that I have been there myself for 10 days and am doing a "radical detoxification" (my video is linked below - but I recommend reading the article in full, simply because I forgot a few things in the video) . Ultimately, I came to this decision because I just kept having different "ups" and "downs", i.e. there were moments when I just had little energy and motivation (this happened far too often in the last few weeks and months) . Also, as a result, I no longer had the most stable "mindset" and also found it much more difficult to deal with emotional circumstances. In addition, it has been a goal of mine for years to free myself from all unnatural foods, addictive substances and dependency-based living conditions, simply to become a master of my own incarnation (a goal that is of course anything but easy can be reached).
Anyone who succeeds in leading people back to simplicity, naturalness and a reasonable way of life would have achieved the highest - namely solved the social question. – Sebastian Kneipp..!!
For this reason, I once again dealt with the topic of detoxification completely. My focus this time was particularly on intestinal cleansing, because I never quite internalized these very important aspects and I also paid too little attention to them in the past. Anyway, as a result, I worked out a plan for how my detoxification should go.
Guidance & Implementation
The basis was a complete change in diet, i.e. no animal products (overacidification - mucus formation, etc.), completely low in carbohydrates (no bread, no fruit - even if fruit that is free of pesticides and not overgrown is healthy - no question, no pasta, no rice, etc . – formation of ketone bodies) and very little food (similar to fasting), simply to put little strain on the body. I only ate one meal a day and it consisted of a vegetable plate (spinach, kale, white cabbage, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, onions, garlic, etc.). First of all, I wanted to eat completely raw vegan, but since this was/is incredibly difficult for me, I processed the vegetables in a variety of ways. On the one hand I made a casserole out of it, on the other hand a small soup and towards the end I switched to steaming. I refined the dishes with various herbs and 1-2 teaspoons of pumpkin seed oil. In addition, I ate 5-6 walnuts (once also hazelnuts) throughout the day. In addition, there were 3-4 teaspoons of coconut oil daily, i.e. I used fats as the new main source of energy (Why coconut oil is not poison). For this reason, I didn't feel as good as lacking in energy during this detoxification, simply because I had supplied myself with enough energy (I was only a little tired in the evening after training, understandably). In addition, I drank 2-3 liters of water a day and from time to time freshly brewed herbal teas (once a pot of chamomile tea - by the way my favorite tea, once nettle tea etc., but in the last 3 days only water - it turned out that way). In terms of nutritional supplements, I have it with me Spirulina* used (I had left over and supplies the body with many nutrients - I always took a whole handful of them - sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the evening), then 3-4 drops 3-4 times a day Oregano oil* (has a very detoxifying, cleansing, antiviral, antiparasitic, antibacterial, "antifungal" effect and is incredibly flushing), which I in turn dribbled onto the coconut oil at the beginning, afterwards I filled it in empty capsules (because oregano oil has a very burning taste, - under no circumstances should you take it straight). Then bentonite and psyllium husk twice a day, two teaspoons once in the morning bentonite* + two teaspoons psyllium husk* and the same in the evening. Bentonite is a healing earth that binds countless toxins, heavy metals, chemicals, slag and even radioactive particles and ensures that they can be excreted. In turn, psyllium husks stimulate intestinal peristalsis, swell up in the intestine, bind water, increase the volume of the intestinal contents and consequently ensure significantly better digestion. On the other side, they form a kind of protective film that covers the inner walls of the intestine and then improves the quality of the bowel movement. Apart from nutrition, bentonite and psyllium husks also form the basis for intestinal cleansing, because you want to rid the intestines of all waste products and toxins (which is why it makes no sense to maintain an unnatural diet). I'm still up towards the end zeolite switched (also a healing earth, only much easier to drink + more effective due to its crystalline structure). A day within the detox also looked like this:
Step 1: Got up between 08:00 and 10:00 a.m., drank bentonite (2 teaspoons) + flea seed shells (2 teaspoons) straight away. Then again around 500ml of water afterwards (this is important because of the swelling properties of the psyllium husk)
Step 2: An hour later, take a teaspoon of coconut oil + 3-4 drops of oregano oil combined
Step 3: At 15:00 p.m. a main vegetable meal was prepared and eaten. After the portion, a teaspoon of pure turmeric + more coconut oil + oregano oil. I refined the meal with Himalayan pink salt, pepper and sometimes with pumpkin seed oil (for the taste).
Step 4: About 2-3 hours later, especially when I got cravings, I ate some walnuts
Step 5: Around 20:00 p.m. another teaspoon of coconut oil + oregano oil (by the way, towards the end I took less coconut oil, I no longer needed this energy supply)
Step 6: If I had another ravenous hunger attack, then I ate a raw onion + 2-3 cloves of garlic pure (yes, it burns my mouth a lot, on the other hand I was able to curb my hunger and this combination really flushes it out again)
Step 7: Finally, I mixed and drank another bentonite and psyllium husk mix.
Important note:
It is also very important to mention that I missed several enemas at the beginning. Say 3 enemas per evening for the first 3 days (I got this one for that enema device* worried). Ultimately, this step is highly recommended, because especially at the beginning of an intestinal cleansing/detoxification it is important to get the large intestine completely free and flushed out. I have to admit that at first the idea was abstract and it took a bit of effort for me to overcome it. But if you then miss enemas, you realize that they are anything but bad, only the first enema triggers a massive urge to empty, but only the first. You also lie on the floor (there are different positions, on all fours, on your back or on your side - which I did), insert the tube with some cream and let the water (between 1-2 liters , depends on experience) flow in slowly but steadily. Then, i.e. after all the water has run in, you try to keep it in for 10-20 minutes (proves to be very difficult at first). Here it is also advisable to take up different positions yourself, jumping etc. also helps, because this allows the water to be distributed really well in the large intestine. Then you can empty yourself. Everything shoots out explosively in stages and you can really feel how much crap is coming out. Personally, I can only say that you feel really free and light afterwards. It's like a load is lifted off you and the feeling is just incredible.
How do I feel now?!
I've practiced the whole thing for 10 days now, with minor deviations from time to time, and I have to say that it was very worthwhile. Of course, in the first few days I had smaller to stronger detoxification symptoms, i.e. I got small pimples all over my back, a rash when it was cold (urticaria came back again) and on the fourth day I felt slightly sick. But these symptoms then subsided and the only thing that came through were ravenous hunger pangs. On the other hand, I now feel completely different, i.e. much more alive, vital, mentally stronger, more balanced and the skin on my face has also become clearer (apart from the fact that I have lost around 5 kg). It's like a dull feeling has gone away and now some of my lost vitality has returned. My mindset has also completely changed as a result and I feel much stronger willed, more productive and more alert. For example, it would be out of the question for me to simply consume a packet of Chinese noodles (consumed far too often in the past – I know, extremely badly) or a bread with butter and cheese, simply because my attitude towards food and towards it meals has completely transformed. The same goes for daily meals as well. So I would no longer come up with the idea of treating myself to a second larger meal in the evening. And of course, even though it's my goal, I don't think I'll practice this in this form for life, I just don't feel ready for that yet, the same goes for a raw vegan diet (everything comes with time). And there will certainly be another day when I will treat myself to something. Nevertheless, I will stick to the change in diet for the time being, especially with regard to carbohydrates and also the one meal per day. Well then, in the end I can only recommend such a detoxification/intestinal cleansing to everyone. It is simply liberating when the intestines are cleaned and then function much better, when you notice that the whole body works much better and that harmful substances are not constantly being released back into the blood or the body is overfilled/overloaded. It is a completely new attitude to life and has made it clear to me personally how important such a detoxification can be, especially in today's world. Last but not least, I would like to add that my body is already much more free and unencumbered, but of course it will not be completely free of pollutants, such a process takes a while. So you could also compare it to a PC with clogged ventilation ducts and you remove a large part of the dust yourself, but not 100% (you know what I'm getting at). However, I am very optimistic about the future. In this sense stay healthy, happy and live a life in harmony.
