As mentioned several times in some of my articles, self-love is a source of life energy that few people tap into today. In this context, due to the sham system and an associated overactivity of our own EGO mind, in combination with the associated disharmonious conditioning, we tend to the Experience of a life situation, which in turn is characterized by a lack of self-love.
The reflection of a lack of self-love
Basically, in today's world, an extremely large number of people have a lack of self-love, which is usually accompanied by a lack of self-esteem, a lack of acceptance of one's own mind/body/spirit system, a lack of self-confidence and of course other problems. Of course, as already mentioned, due to its low-frequency mechanisms, this system is designed so that we can keep ourselves small and enjoy living out a corresponding low-frequency state of consciousness. Depending on my life situation/circumstances, I also experience a feeling of a lack of self-love. Most of the time, these feelings even come about (I can only speak for myself or this corresponds to my very personal experiences) when I act contrary to my own heart's desires, intentions and inner self-knowledge, i.e. I allow myself to be guided and led by my own addictive thoughts, for example an unnatural diet for days, sometimes even for a few weeks, even though I know how detrimental this diet is for my own mind/body/spirit system (and everything that is connected to it), that it may even support industries, that you really don't want to support. Well then, I can personally deal with the fact that I act purely out of addictive thoughts (usually we consume corresponding unnatural foods mostly out of addictive thoughts, otherwise we would not eat sweets, for example - of course there are other reasons here, but addiction prevails), difficult to deal with and then experience a feeling of lacking self-love, simply because I cannot accept my behavior (that is my inner conflict).
As I truly began to love myself, I freed myself of anything that wasn't healthy for me, food, people, things, situations and anything that kept pulling me down, away from myself. At first I called that “ healthy selfishness”, but now I know that this is “self-love”. – Charlie Chaplin..!!
On the other hand, there are a variety of reasons why we humans experience a lack of self-love, which also goes hand in hand with a lack of a feeling of divine connection. In exactly the same way, disharmonious living conditions often reflect a certain lack of self-love. In that regard, the outer perceivable world is a mirror of our own inner space/state.
Self-love and self-healing
Our dealings or interaction with the external world always reflects our own inner state, our current state of consciousness. A person who is quite hateful, or rather has hatred for other people, subsequently reflects their own lack of self-love. The same could also apply to quite anxious or even jealous people. A corresponding person clings to an external love (in this case the supposed love of his partner) with all his might, because he himself is not in the power of his own self-love, otherwise he would grant his partner complete freedom and everything have trust. And this does not mean trust in the appropriate partner, but trust in oneself, in one's own creative expression. You are not afraid of loss, you are at peace with yourself and you accept life as it is. Instead of remaining in mental constructs (losing yourself in a mental future, but missing out on life in the present moment), you live out a feeling of trust and consequently also experience a feeling of self-love. Ultimately, this feeling of self-love also has a healing influence on our entire organism. Spirit rules over matter and our thoughts or our sensations (thoughts enlivened with emotions - thought energy is always neutral in itself) always trigger material processes as a result. The more disharmonious we are, the more stressful this is for all of the body's functions. Harmonious sensations in turn feed our organism with beneficial energies. Standing in the power of our own self-love, therefore, creates a state that has a healing effect on our entire mind/body/spirit system. Of course, it is not easy for many people to completely accept and love themselves again, to trust themselves completely.
When you love yourself, you love those around you. If you hate yourself, you hate those around you. Your relationship with others is just a reflection of yourself. – Osho..!!
Nevertheless, this is something that is experiencing ever greater manifestation due to the current transition into the 5th dimension (a highly frequent and harmonious collective state of consciousness), i.e. we humans are well on the way to not only being able to experience such a state, but even permanently to be able to experience. Well, last but not least, it should be said that completely pure self-love (not to be confused with narcissism, arrogance or even egoism) not only has a beneficial influence on our own organism, but also sets the course for more harmonious interpersonal relationships than ever before The more conflict-free we are and the more we stand in the power of our own self-love, the more relaxed and, above all, more harmonious our dealings with the outside world will be. Our inner, healing and self-loving state is then automatically transferred to the external world and ensures joyful encounters. You are always at the right time, in the right place. In this sense stay healthy, happy and live a life in harmony. 🙂
