electrosmog

When it comes to cell phones and smartphones, I have to admit that I've never been very knowledgeable in this area. Likewise, I've never had a particular interest in these devices. Of course I had particular for belonging reasons in my younger years a mobile phone. All the buddies in the class had one and as a result I got one too.

Why my smartphone has been in airplane mode for months

However, my attitude towards mobile phones changed more and more when my first spiritual insights overtook me in 2014. Admittedly, even before that, i.e. after my school career, there was a time when I didn't have a cell phone, which didn't bother me in the slightest. At some point I bought an older model again, partly for communication reasons, but also the interest in some mobile games and the influence of friends at the time led to this purchase (the first smartphones were released, more and more friends bought one and in the As a result, I let myself be triggered again by my social environment). In the meantime, after all these years of change, my interest has again reached a zero point. Since then I have hardly used my smartphone at all. Airplane mode on or not, my phone would always linger in some corner, gathering dust, often not even being used for a long time. Finally, I used my cell phone to text my girlfriend, who in turn lived very far away from me. But I didn't like it at all, the compulsion to always look at my cell phone and see if new messages had arrived, the constant writing at the beginning (via cell phone - make sure that the cell phone is ready) and above all one main factor bothered me enormously namely the fact that smartphones emit anything but insignificant radiation. This fact is often smiled at or even ignored, but it is a serious issue, because the radiation exposure caused by smartphones can cause some complications and increases the risk of developing cancer immensely (which is why it is highly recommended to have your own smartphone not to have it lying next to you at night unless airplane mode is on – especially in times of electrosmog it would be advisable). There have even been cases of cell phone testers developing ear cancer within a short period of time due to continuous phone calls (testing sound quality and longevity) every day.

The radiation exposure of smartphones and co. is not insignificant and can leave damage in the long run, there is no doubt about that. For this reason it would be advisable to reduce your own smartphone activity..!!

In the meantime, more and more voices are being raised that show exactly how dramatic the effects of mobile phone radiation are. Ultimately, for this reason, it always made me uneasy when my smartphone was lying next to me and the flight mode was not active. At some point I switched on the flight mode for this reason and since then this circumstance has not changed. For this reason, I hardly ever use my smartphone anymore. The only pity about it is perhaps the fact that shortly before I activated flight mode, I was invited to a spiritual Whatsapp group in which very nice people shared their insights and philosophized about life together. However, that didn't change anything about my actions. In the meantime I have to admit that my mobile phone no longer appeals to me at all. It just doesn't interest me anymore and I also notice that I absolutely don't need or miss it in everyday life, yes, that the "renunciation" even feels pleasant.

Since I can no longer identify with smartphones in any way, do not want to expose myself to radiation exposure and find no use for such devices, I will not buy any more in the future..!!

It doesn't make any difference if I own one or not, in any way. For this reason I will never buy a new one again, simply because it makes no sense to me and serves no purpose. Admittedly, in certain emergency situations it can make sense, for example, if you were alone in the forest (for whatever reason), if you were traveling alone or if you were bushcrafting. Nevertheless, it is no longer an option for me and I am glad that I am not dependent on this technology. Of course, I don't want to make any excuses for owning a smartphone in this article. Everyone is allowed to do what they want (as long as they don't cause any harm - leave other people and animals in peace), everyone has free will, can act independently and decide about their own life as they want. In exactly the same way, there are certainly people whose everyday life can be made easier by smartphones, no question. In this article, I just wanted to give you my point of view, I wanted to share my experience and, above all, the reasons why I'm no longer interested in smartphones. In this sense stay healthy, happy and live a life in harmony.
