Incidentally, something that I have now experienced very strongly, especially in the last two days. In this context, I was also very pushed internally, was able to get a lot of things done and in this regard I completely surrendered to my own flow. I also did a lot of sports (did strength training sessions every evening and then went running + sprints) and put my focus entirely on my own mind/body/spirit system. This can be a real blessing, especially in the current extremely stormy phase, which in turn is characterized by influences that are extremely cleansing, especially since the basic energetic quality can transport an extremely large number of our own patterns, mental wounds and conflicts into our daily consciousness Circumstance that I also experienced strongly, contrary to my inner push. In this regard, last night I experienced strong inner conflicts and a huge emotional mess, which I had not expected at all. It felt like a war that I was going through, as mentioned a few weeks ago in a daily energy article, i.e. EGO against heart. There were countless sensations that reached me and within a moment everything felt like it was rocking up. A totally crazy situation that was enormous in terms of intensity.
The deeper we see through suffering, the closer we come to the goal of freedom from suffering. – Dalai Lama..!!
Well, ultimately this situation also showed me the strong energies of the current time and also made it clear to me that not only the process of spiritual awakening or the process of becoming whole is massively intensifying, but also, as before, one enormous cleansing takes place in which all psychological wounds can be exposed within a moment. And even if such moments can be upsetting, they are also all about healing. With this in mind, stay healthy, happy and live a life in harmony. 🙂
