Today's daily energy on March 24th, 2019 is still characterized by a strong frequency-related circumstance, because it is a portal day, to be precise the fifth portal day of a ten-day portal day series, which therefore runs until March 29th lasts and until then gives us consciousness-changing and, above all, healing influences. For this reason, there is generally a mood that not only has an extremely cleansing effect, but can also be perceived as very magical.
The fifth portal day
In other words, on the one hand, we could experience a wide variety of moods, for example even moods that usually only reach us very rarely or even completely new moods, which can be traced back to an expansion of our mind in a completely new direction (the experience of new states of consciousness/living circumstances → new living circumstance = new state of consciousness, our current mental state represents our current life or our current reality), on the other hand, we could also dream very intensively and come to important conclusions about our lives. The same also applies to an overall more pronounced sensory perception. As a result, we perceive various circumstances more intensively, may have flashes of inspiration/impulses, react more sensitively to various influences and therefore experience more sensitive moods. Ultimately, our “mind/body/soul systems” are flooded with strong energies on portal days. Our cell environment in particular can be affected by many contaminated sites (heavy energies, poisons and co.), which is why you should eat enough living food to support this process (Keywords: Chlorophyll – Pure Light – Biophotons). The situation is similar with consuming enough fluids, preferably water and teas (Ideally, fresh spring water and freshly brewed herbal teas). In this context, we should definitely not neglect or even underestimate these aspects.
Changing the world is not your mission. Changing yourself is not your job. Awakening to your true nature is your opportunity. – Mooji..!!
Of course, this does not mean that we should force ourselves to do this or follow it strictly, quite the opposite, but due to the strong energies that can also show a strong increase at any time, it is simply recommended. As far as this is concerned, I would also like to refer you again to the planetary resonance frequency (see below picture), which in turn had some shorter anomalies the day before yesterday and also yesterday. 
Within these hours, we receive special impulses that in turn have an enormous influence on our minds. With this in mind, I'm also curious to see how the planetary resonance frequency will behave in the next few days (the same also applies to the sun and the associated solar winds).
