Now the time has come and the extremely stormy portal day phase is over, but that doesn't mean that no strong energetic influences or even other processes are now manifest, on the contrary, a cleansing phase is constantly going on in the background and consciousness-changing and realigning ones can still affect us Impulses are achieved, but things won't be like that in the next few days violent as in the past 10 days.
Return to inner peace
Nevertheless, we can assume that the strong influences, favored and accompanied by the portal day phase, will initially level off, which will allow us to calm down a little if necessary. In this context, there is strength in calm, especially when we feel weak, we are internally agitated and are experiencing strong emotional fluctuations, i.e. when we have stepped out of our inner calm (experiencing an inner unrest, a state far from our true high-frequency nature), we should return to our inner peace, no matter how difficult it may be in such moments. This is possible at any time, which means we can immerse ourselves in a state of consciousness at any time that is characterized by peace, harmony and balance. The ways to get there are always different and each person uses their own completely individual technology/option (The Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh, for example, says that in appropriate moments he first returns to his breathing - conscious/deep breathing), but we can do this at any time and then choose to rest. And apart from the fact that going through shadowy circumstances can also be viewed as an inner healing process, a state characterized by inner peace is healing for our entire organism, because our spirit exerts a permanent influence on our entire organism (and vice versa – as within, so without). Our cells react accordingly to our mind and, in particular, a calm mental state sets very inspiring biochemical processes in motion.
Among the ideals that can raise a person above himself and his environment, the elimination of worldly desires, the elimination of indolence and sleepiness, vanity and contempt, the overcoming of anxiety and restlessness and the renunciation of ill wishes are among the most essential. – Buddha..!!
Well then, for this reason it wouldn't be wrong if we indulge in a corresponding calm, especially after the very stormy days that have passed. In this context, the anomalies regarding the planetary resonance frequency have also flattened out again (see picture below), which also promotes “coming to rest”. But what we choose and what we ultimately experience depends entirely on ourselves and the use of our own mental abilities.
