Making use of the principle of rhythm and vibration
Nevertheless, the Taurus Moon will still have an impact on us, which could cause us to exhibit persistent behavior. In this context, we can also make use of such a basic attitude/feeling and this applies to all life situations, be it getting through a hard time, for example a temporarily stressful situation, implementing a change in diet or even implementing a sporting activity. In this context, I have often mentioned that sport has accompanied me for years and has generally given me a lot of quality of life. I always go through phases in which I exercise intensively and immediately experience how much it benefits my own mental state. Essentially, this has allowed me to frequently and immediately immerse myself in completely vivid states of consciousness. As far as that goes, I'm going through a phase like that again and for the last three days I've been running every evening and doing training sessions at the same time (back training/chest training). Ultimately, even though it was only three days, it boosted my mental state enormously and immediately gave me a better attitude to life. The difference was even enormous, especially after I had neglected it again (motivation came immediately). Well, it shouldn't be a secret that sufficient exercise is generally very important for our entire system; after all, it keeps our entire organism going and, above all, increases our oxygen saturation overall.

Apart from this, we also subscribe to the universal laws of rhythm and vibration. This fundamental principle states (simply put) that everything in existence is subject to various rhythms and cycles (and that existence is based on vibration, energy, movement, etc.). Ultimately, it is very beneficial to adhere to this principle. All life patterns that are based on rigidity do not last in the long term and lead to a certain destructiveness/stress over time. Movement is therefore essential and follows this law perfectly, which is why we should definitely take advantage of it. Well, to what extent we will experience today and, above all, to what extent we will make use of persevering behavior depends on each person. As I said, we are all completely individual and our path in life always leads us to the circumstances that are tailored to us, what corresponds to our basic resonance. With this in mind, stay healthy, happy and live a life in harmony. 🙂
