In any case, we are currently still experiencing a corresponding mood of change and old structures are still experiencing a drastic dissolution and change, i.e. everything that bothers us in our lives, all the discrepancies that we have not been able to change so far, for example due to a continuous stay in the own comfort zone, can and will now be gradually changed. Personally, I'm experiencing this very strongly at the moment, especially in relation to my sleep rhythm, which has been a vexing issue for several years.

Instead of always staying awake late into the night and getting up late, thereby missing the most atmospheric aspect of the day, I currently always lie down very early and also get up very early (today, for example, at 06:00 a.m. - I will now also “expand” to 05:00 a.m. and lie down in the evening between 20:00 p.m. and 21:00 p.m.). For the first time, I'm able to do this extremely well (especially consistently) and it's already had a very positive influence on my emotional state, which has made it clear to me personally that a corresponding sleep rhythm can have a detrimental effect on one's own psyche can impact. Well, to come back to today's daily energy, because of yesterday and tomorrow's portal day, today will also give us a special quality of energy and will have a stronger influence on our own creative expression.
