It was therefore an extremely interesting experience and showed me once again how much one's own state of consciousness can be expanded in completely new directions within a moment. On the other hand, this experience also reflected the current special energy quality, especially since the influences regarding the planetary resonance frequency have been quite strong in the last few days. Nevertheless, the basic quality has been extremely strong for months, which is why we can go through processes of change that turn everything upside down. Starting from a fundamental realignment of our own mental state to the manifestation of a completely new life circumstance. The entire human civilization is in the midst of a comprehensive unveiling process, as a result of which a collective inner revolution is increasingly expressed. We increasingly recognize our own EGO entanglements, see through the causes of our own suffering, gain a fundamental understanding of our own current state of being and consequently move towards a state of consciousness in which corresponding shadows are not only experienced significantly less, but are even completely discarded.

The mastery of our own incarnation, the creation of a state that is completely permeated by light and also has complete purity, clarity, love and wisdom or divinity, is an end goal that, whether consciously or subconsciously, is particularly important in the current phase of intellectual change can be successfully pursued. Energetically strong days, as is the case today, will certainly be very supportive and will therefore also have a positive influence on our mind/body/spirit system. Well, last but not least, I would like to point out that particularly strong energetic movements can really flush through our system. For this reason, it is advisable to support this process, for example with a light diet (medicinal herbs/medicinal plants, sprouts, vegetables, calming teas, fresh spring water) or with activities that allow us to relax (meditation, baths, stays in the... Nature). Ultimately, this can make dealing with the corresponding energies easier and we experience more pleasant daily circumstances.
