An energetically strong day

Mental freedom or the creation of a free/balanced state of consciousness is usually a crucial point on energetically strong days. On energetically strong days, experience has shown that there is either a lot of conflict in the air, i.e. we are more irritable and tend to have a negative mental orientation, or we feel significantly more dynamic, fitter and downright energetic..!!
