Today's daily energy on September 13th, 2018 is shaped by the fact that today is a portal day, to be precise it is the third portal day this month (another one will reach us on September 17th). Ultimately, today is going to be pretty intense, at least from an energetic perspective, especially since we're in the last few days also strong solar winds and generally strong influences on the planetary resonance frequency. In combination, this also indicates a day that, on the one hand, can be quite strenuous and tiring, on the other hand, it is also all about transformation and purification and can also give us a certain boost.
A special circumstance of the day
But whether we feel energized or depressed as a result depends firstly on ourselves and the use of our own mental abilities, secondly on the direction/quality of our own mind and thirdly on our current lifestyle. Due to the fact that portal days generally, as already mentioned, stand for transformation and purification, they also serve our own mental and spiritual development (even if of course everything serves our development - but portal days always mark a corresponding peak here, i.e. they represent days where we can particularly feel a corresponding further development), because the incoming energies/frequencies are responsible for the fact that the veil to our own source or to our own innermost being (our soul) is significantly thinner. 
Due to the strong planetary frequency increase, we also experience an increase in our own frequency. This means that our entire mind/body/spirit system tries to adapt to the increased frequency situation, whereby internal conflicts are transported into our daily consciousness, because it is our own internal conflicts (mental discrepancies) that keep our state of consciousness at a low frequency, - i.e. since negative thoughts (thoughts charged with a disharmonious feeling/energy) are low-frequency in nature, people who suffer on a daily basis create a low-frequency circumstance.

In order to be able to remain in a high frequency (a harmonious state of consciousness), a mental orientation that is designed for harmony, joy and peace is important. Therefore, today we could explore our own state of being and clear circumstances that are based on low frequencies. We could also gain deep insights into our soul. Nevertheless, it should be said that opposite experiences can also be in the foreground, which is then noticeable in an increase in life energy. Either way, today can be quite beneficial to us due to the portal day circumstance, there's no question about that. With this in mind, stay healthy, happy and live a life in harmony. 🙂
