Today's daily energy on May 10, 2019 is shaped on the one hand by the moon, which in turn changed to the zodiac sign Leo at 15:11 p.m. and on the other hand by continuing strong basic energetic influences. In this context, the current quantum leap into awakening also leads us into our basic trust. There has been a lot of fear and uncertainty about this over the past low-frequency decades/centuries. Nevertheless, the circumstances are currently changing and, due to the enormous 5D acceleration, we are completely in the process of entering into our basic trust, as corresponds to our God-self. Well, for this reason our basic trust stands (just like our self-realization) is currently in the foreground and it is up to us whether we revive our basic trust. The “Leo Moon”, which in turn promotes self-confident moods, is very convenient for us and helps us to enter into our basic trust.

You should practice meditation while walking, standing, lying down, sitting and working, washing your hands, washing up, sweeping and drinking tea, talking to friends and in everything you do. As you wash up, you might think about the tea afterwards and try to get it over with as quickly as possible so you can sit down and drink tea. But that means that you are not alive while you are washing dishes. When you do the dishes, the dishes must be the most important thing in your life. And if you drink tea, then drinking tea must be the most important thing in the world. – Thich Nhat Hanh..!!
