Today's new moon therefore also functions as a kind of reactivation of our own creative powers (Our creative power is of course always present - since we are creators - but I refer this to the conscious use of our creative powers to create extraordinary and fulfilling circumstances/conditions) and can allow us to experience incredibly liberating states, especially within meditative moods.
