addiction

In today's world, most people are dependent or addicted to "foods" that actually have a negative impact on our own health. Be it various finished products, fast food, sugary foods (sweets), high-fat foods (mostly animal products) or foods in general that have been enriched with a wide variety of additives. We are constantly confronted with these addictive substances in different ways and it seems to be becoming increasingly difficult to avoid these products.

Energetically dense foods

Addictive foods

In this context, one often speaks of energetically dense foods. Everything in existence is made of energy, which in turn vibrates at frequencies. Negativity of any kind lowers the frequency at which an energetic state vibrates, the state condenses, positivity of any kind in turn raises the frequency at which energy vibrates, the state decondenses. The lighter our own complete energetic state vibrates, the better we feel and the clearer our own state of consciousness becomes. An energetically dense state in turn makes us sick, dull and unbalances our own mind, body and spirit systems. Foods that have a negative impact on our health, i.e. foods that are either animal-based or products that are full of additives, have an energetically dense state from the ground up and therefore also condense our own energetic basis. In today's world we are confronted with energetically dense food on all levels of existence.

In today's world we are confronted with addictive foods on all levels..!!

Whether on television, where advertisements keep tempting us with tempting offers, in supermarkets that are bursting with sweets and other "treats" or in general in everyday life. We were made dependent on these foods when we were children, have become addicted to these products and can therefore hardly do without these energetically dense foods. Many people downplay this problem, since it is normal nowadays, but basically this is a serious problem in our world today.

We are addicts and breaking free from these addictions is anything but easy..!!

We are addicted to unhealthy foods and downplay their dramatic effects. But it is not for nothing that we live in a world in which illnesses are commonplace, where people in old age automatically suffer from high blood pressure, become diabetic, develop gout problems, have heart disease, develop cancer and other countless ailments.

Suddenly giving up unhealthy foods usually ends in withdrawal

addictionThe list is seemingly endless and this problem is partly due to our poor lifestyle today, especially our personal addictions. And if you then try to free yourself from these addictions, we experience a short-term withdrawal. You get sweaty palms, food cravings, temperature swings and so on and instantly. I mean, basically most people know how to eat reasonably healthily, but why doesn't anyone do it? Why don't you consume foods that make you clear, strong and healthy? Because it's not easy to free yourself from a strong addiction. If you try from one day to the next to give up everything that harms you, it is extremely difficult at first. You go to the supermarket and suddenly get cravings for all the unhealthy things, for all the artificially processed foods or, better yet, for all the foods that are full of toxins.

Ultimately, the industries are not concerned with our well-being, but only with profit..!!

If you weren't dependent on these foods, you could simply do without these things, but it's just not that easy. We have been turned into dependent consumers by the food industry who are becoming sick from the products they try, which in turn benefits the pharmaceutical industry, which in turn comes to our aid with their expensive medications. Ultimately, this is a set-up game in which our health is not at stake, but only our money and profit.

However, you can only blame yourself if you are only responsible for your own life..!!

Of course, I don't want to blame all the corporations at this point, that would be too easy. Ultimately, every person is responsible for what they do, what they think, especially what food they eat, it only depends on us whether we live with this addiction or free ourselves from this addiction. It's not easy for me either to completely free myself from this addiction. Just yesterday we went to the organic store where I did my shopping, then we went to Rewe to do a little shopping there because we had forgotten a few things.

Personally, I have to realize again and again how much these foods trigger my subconscious..!!

In the meantime I was extremely hungry and had strong cravings, not for vegetables, fruit and other healthy foods, but for finished products, meat and sweets. The Coke smiled at me, the salad bar with chicken nuggets wanted to be visited by me and the chocolate yoghurts also triggered my subconscious. At this moment I also became aware again of how strongly the addiction to unhealthy foods is triggered in common supermarkets, as 75% of the time in such stores only seem to contain goodies. Essentially, this is a battle for our bodies, for our consciousness, to continue to be held by powerful entities in an energetically dense circumstance. Well, ultimately it is very liberating in the long run if you manage to eat completely naturally again and I am firmly convinced that due to the current change, in 10 years all these products will have disappeared, because humanity can always identify less with these machinations. In this sense stay healthy, happy and live a life in harmony.

Well, to figure out what "right food" is, you have to go back a long way. As early as 1700, foreign food was brought to Europe by seafaring and explorers (Kulumbus). Cocoa, tobacco, sugar cane, spices, etc.
Previously, in the Middle Ages, people ate predominantly grains; Refined foods such as white flour and sugar were reserved exclusively for the rich, the nobility.
In short, many dietary nutrition programs are based on eliminating “harmful” foods and always finding new “superfoods”.

The mactobiotic diet, for example, is simply based on the fact that its founder, George Oshawa, recognized that the original diet of the Japanese is the only correct one to keep a person healthy. Oshawa and also his successor M. Kushi have achieved good results in all diseases of civilization, simply by placing the focus of nutrition back on the basics, namely grains. Comparative studies, such as the China study, come to similar results.
If you will, Oshawa's approach to dieting was simply "medieval"...I now believe he was right.
