There are many different ways to increase our own self-esteem or to develop our own inner strength and self-love. In particular, the reorientation of our own mind is in the foreground, because everything is a product of our own mind/consciousness. Yet our mental state does not simply experience for no reason (without a cause) a change.
The reprogramming of our subconscious
On the contrary, only through active action or through the manifestation of new habits/programs do we initiate a permanent change in our mind. For example, if you go running every day from now on, even if it is only 5 minutes at the beginning, you will notice various positive effects after a few weeks. On the one hand, going for a run every day has become a routine or a rooted program in one's own subconscious, which means that going for a run every day has become normal and is then practiced completely automatically.
