I've addressed this topic quite often on my blog. It was also mentioned in several videos. Nevertheless, I keep coming back to this topic, firstly because new people keep visiting "Everything is Energy", secondly because I like to address such important topics several times and thirdly because there are always occasions that make me do so tempt you to take up the relevant content again.
Is coconut oil poison? – The blind acceptance of someone else's thoughts
Now it was the case again and it's about the video that became public "Coconut oil and other nutritional errors" in which "Prof. Michels" makes the claim that coconut oil is the unhealthiest food of all (a claim that is hardly comprehensible and far too generalized Statement. That means coconut oil, a product of nature, would be more harmful to health than cola, liver sausage or ice cream... you have to let that or this statement melt in your mouth?!). She also claims that coconut oil itself is unhealthier than lard. Well, even if I've already done that minimally, basically I don't want to go into any more detail about these statements. I also don't want to create a detailed article by refuting or even criticizing their statements; other bloggers and YouTubers have already done that enough. If you still want to know my opinion on this, I can say it very clearly. Aside from the catastrophic ecological effects that result from the production (harvesting of the fruits) of coconut oil, coconut oil is a natural, healthy and very digestible food. A purely herbal product of nature, which certainly has a high level of liveliness due to its frequency and has numerous benefits for our health. Pork lard, on the other hand, is truly a very unhealthy/unnatural food. Pure animal fat, which is not only catastrophic from a frequency perspective (dead energy), but also comes from living beings (pigs) that generally had a painful/unfulfilling life.
The lecture by Prof. Michels is a prime example of our unnatural and fear-mongering society (system). Natural/plant-based foods are demonized and at the same time fears and insecurities are fueled/spread..!!
In other words, lard only does one thing and that is it makes our cell environment acidic and puts a strain on our mind/body/spirit system, at least if you consume it daily and over a longer period of time. Well then, the core of this article should be completely different and it is about the blind takeover of foreign energies.
The "Coconut Oil Debate" and what we can learn from it
In this context, we humans tend to blindly adopt the information or beliefs, beliefs and worldviews of other people (Foreign energies - thoughts of other people) without forming our own opinion. Instead of questioning something or dealing with something objectively, we blindly adopt someone else's ideas and let these ideas become part of our own inner truth. This adoption of external energies becomes particularly popular as soon as a person with a doctorate or even another title expresses their opinion, i.e. when someone positions themselves as a supposed expert. At this point there is also an exciting quote that has often wandered through various social media: "Scientists have found that people will believe anything they say scientists have figured it out". Ultimately, many people are strongly influenced by such circumstances and then tend to blindly accept such statements. We are happy to leave it alone that supposed “experts” also make mistakes, rely on unusable sources, make false statements, use incorrect or even inadmissible data, misunderstand things, only look at information one-sidedly and ultimately represent their own opinion as a human being ignore. We also tend to put such people on a high pedestal and, as a result, undermine our own ability to understand life and its circumstances. We then reflect a lack of trust in our own creative expression (we are the space, the life, the creation and the truth - creators of our own reality) or rather we then allow ourselves to be kept small and give all our trust to another person , blindly accept his conviction.
I am not my thoughts, emotions, senses and experiences. I am not the content of my life. I am life itself. I am the space in which all things happen. I am consciousness. This is me now. I am. – Eckhart Tolle..!!
For this reason, I always emphasize that it is important to trust our own inner truth, that we should form our own opinion about something and, above all, that we should question everything, even my content should not be accepted blindly, because this at the end of the day, they only correspond to my convictions or my inner truth. Well, in the end it was important to me to revisit the whole topic, especially because I was confronted with a lot of doubts, fears and insecurities not only on social media, but also in my immediate environment due to this lecture. In this sense, always form your own opinion and trust your own inner truth. Stay healthy, happy and live a life in harmony. 🙂
