Everything in existence has an individual frequency state, i.e. one could also speak of a completely unique radiation, which in turn is perceived by every human being, depending on their own frequency state (state of consciousness, perception, etc.). Places, objects, our own premises, seasons or even every day also have an individual frequency state. The same can also be applied to the times of day, which also have a corresponding basic mood.
Create a good basis for the next morning
In this respect, the nocturnal atmosphere is completely different from the morning atmosphere. In this context, I personally like both “times of the day” very much, even if I have to admit that the night in particular has something relaxing for me, yes, sometimes even something mystical about it. Of course, the night represents the opposite pole to the rest of the day (light/dark - law of polarity) and is ideal for withdrawing, relaxing, recharging your batteries, surrendering to tranquility and, if necessary, self-reflection. Nevertheless, the evening or the night is not always used for this. Instead, it often happens in today's world that we focus on disharmonious living conditions (disharmonious thought constructs) at night or even before going to bed. Instead of enjoying the moment, being in the "now" or possibly contemplating the positive aspects of the day or even of our own life, we may remain worried. We may fear the day ahead (due to unpleasant activities or other challenges), fear that something will happen to us, or that bad things will happen to us due to a momentary destructive state of consciousness. Likewise, one's own focus is then often shifted to deficiency instead of abundance. At the end of the day, however, this can degrade our sleep quality and set the stage for experiencing a morning that is not to our liking. But as already mentioned in the article: "The power of the evening routine' explains, our own subconscious is very receptive, especially in the morning and also late at night (before going to bed) and is subsequently easier to program than usual. Therefore, if we have a negative attitude at night or just before going to bed (even a few hours before), lose ourselves in worries and fears, yes, even gave in to disharmonious circumstances/states beforehand, then this is simply counterproductive and not only lays the groundwork for an unrefreshing sleep, but also for a duller start to the day (whereby the sleep should serve our own recovery and our spiritual growth).
You will be tomorrow what you think today. – Buddha..!!
Since our own premises also have an individual frequency/radiance, a corresponding chaos, which firstly makes the radiation more disharmonious and secondly gives us a worse feeling, can also contribute to a bad mood or even to mental chaos (whereby chaotic or even unhygienic premises always reflecting our own chaotic inner state - we transfer our inner world to the outer world). For this reason, adopting a relaxing nighttime ritual can be quite empowering. For example, you could meditate half an hour/hour before going to bed, or you can keep in mind all the positive things that you have experienced in your life, or even that day. On the other hand, you could also deal with your own goals (dreams) and imagine how you can bring about their manifestation in the coming days. Otherwise, it would also be advisable to have complete peace in the evening. For example, you could go into nature or outdoors and listen to the evening atmosphere. Ultimately, there are countless possibilities that you can take advantage of. As I walked around outside a little earlier, I realized how pleasant and relaxing you can perceive the night and, above all, how beneficial this feeling is. Well then, ultimately it can be very empowering if we adopt a particular pleasant nightly ritual or if we generally enjoy the moments before going to bed.
Every morning we are born again. What we do today matters most. – Buddha..!!
And instead of looking at the following day critically, we could see it as a new opportunity. A chance to give our life a new shine, because every new day we have endless possibilities and we can (at least if we are dissatisfied with our current life) lay the foundation for a new life. Well, last but not least, we should also keep one thing in mind, the thought or the feeling with which we fall asleep always experiences a "strengthening" and also a more pronounced manifestation in our subconscious. Because of this, many people often wake up with the same feeling (thought) they fell asleep with. In this sense stay healthy, happy and live a life in harmony.
