Today is accompanied by particularly strong energetic influences, as we will experience a new moon in the sign of Aries this morning, at 11:58 a.m. to be precise, which in turn will be accompanied by a partial solar eclipse (beginning at 11:17 a.m. which is even visible in Germany this time – the duration of the eclipse is about one and a half hours). Thus, a very purifying energy quality reaches us, which, above all, carries a strong vibration of new beginnings. Accordingly, the sun is in the zodiac sign Aries.

Energies of new beginnings

In this context, the zodiac sign Aries also always represents new beginnings. Thus, the sun moves through the 12 signs of the zodiac in a year. With the zodiac sign Pisces, we always enter the final phase or the concluding energies, and with Aries, the energies of new beginnings and also of prosperity. For this reason, we are being granted a significant energy today that wants to guide us decisively into the beginning of a new era. Everything is back to the beginning, and a completely new path in life can literally manifest. Many have probably already felt this in the last two weeks, starting with the lunar eclipse. Accordingly, the weeks between two eclipses can be very turbulent, with many unresolved or even unresolved issues wanting to be addressed. Therefore, if corresponding unresolved issues lie dormant within us, they will be strongly triggered during such a period. Ultimately, however, this is a gift, because it often allows us to see things that were previously rooted unseen in our subconscious. And as I said, thanks to the double Aries energy, things can be resolved, which will subsequently lead to a new and, above all, liberated attitude to life in our spirit.

The energetic quality of the solar eclipse

Well, and beyond that, eclipses are also said to have a fateful energy. Encounters on such days can be perceived as groundbreaking and lead us to a completely new circumstance. On the other hand, the event itself also carries a strong meaning. The shadow falls on the light. The sun (Symbol for consciousness, self, soul) is from the moon (Symbol for the subconscious, the emotions, the hidden) obscured. When the light of the sun, the symbol of our inner self, is briefly obscured by the moon, a challenging energy reaches us: something that has previously been in the shadows wants to come to light. Old patterns, fears, or hidden parts come to the fore and block our inner radiance for a moment. In this phase, a space opens up for deep introspection and shadow work. The event poses the question: What is blocking our light? What can we let go of now? It is therefore a moment of purification, clarity, transformation (an energetic new beginning). The sun as a symbol of "I am" (I am = Divine Presence) is veiled for a moment – and it is precisely in this interruption that lies the opportunity for a reset. Personal identity can be questioned, and new perspectives can be recognized. An old cycle is coming to an end, a new one is beginning. Ultimately, solar eclipses were therefore also considered sacred windows of time in earlier cultures. In India and Tibet, for example, people withdrew, meditated, and remained silent – because the spiritual veils are considered thinner in these moments. The solar eclipse thus becomes a symbol of a sacred transition in which the old passes away and the new is born. For this reason, let us welcome the highly magical partial solar eclipse today and approach the impulses we are now receiving with full mindfulness. With that in mind, stay healthy, content, and live a life in harmony. 🙂
