More and more people are now becoming aware of the fact that there is a significant connection between our own inner drive, i.e. our own life energy and our current willpower. The more we overcome ourselves and, above all, the more developed our own willpower is, which is largely achieved through self-overcoming, especially through overcoming our own dependencies (this not only refers to addictive foods etc. but also to corresponding living conditions), the better we feel.
The potential of strong willpower
A pronounced willpower has an impact on our entire state of consciousness. Ultimately, we stand much more in our own creative power. We feel more self-confident, stronger, more energetic, more mentally stable and can subsequently master life situations that we may not have been able to manifest before. However, it is not only addictive substances such as tobacco, alcohol, coffee, unnatural foods, etc. that inhibit our own willpower, but also lethargic and unproductive living conditions to which we are subject on a daily basis.
It has already been mentioned many times: Even the addictive coffee in the morning reduces our own drive to live and puts a strain on our own mind/body/spirit system, because it is an addictive behavior that in turn dominates our own mind, which is also a clear indication of this , that coffee can have health disadvantages, because if we consume it because of addiction, but we don't have coffee ready one morning, then that would bother us and also make us restless inside. It's just a drink that dominates our own mind, within our reality. Every addiction therefore exerts a certain mental dominance and as a result also deprives us of a little of our freedom, because as I said, if we didn't have coffee one morning, we would dislike it and our thoughts would then be about the coffee , instead of being about essential circumstances..!!
This can also refer, for example, to a lack of daily exercise, because anyone who moves a lot every day, and can even encourage themselves to do sporting activities (this does not have to be excessive and can refer to all sporting activities), will always overcome themselves New ones and that can trigger an incredibly strong life drive (boost).
A trick to boost your willpower
Of course, there are a variety of methods to experience an increase in your own willpower and, with it, an increase in your own inner life drive. I would also like to introduce you to an extremely effective way of doing this, and that is a self-overcoming activity that most people have certainly heard of, and it is about "taking a cold shower", preferably even about "ice-cold showers". Ultimately, this is a highly effective way to enormously increase your own willpower and also your own self-overcoming abilities. And I'm not talking about the beginning of a warm shower, i.e. you take a warm shower first and then take a cold shower, but it's about getting under the cold shower for a few minutes every morning (or when you just take a shower). to provide a shower. Of course, it is not exactly easy to overcome this, because the feeling of standing directly under a cold shower jet, especially in the early morning, is anything but pleasant, yes, in the first minute it can even feel like a real torture feel. But that's exactly what it's all about, i.e. leaving your comfort zone and facing a challenge right at the beginning of the day and mastering it. Aside from the various health benefits that cold showers bring with them, one's own self-control is still in the foreground. Afterwards, after taking a cold shower, you feel really fresh, awake and strengthened. As a result, you benefit immensely from it, especially if you practice this every day. In the long run, you simply experience an increase in your own willpower.
Self-overcoming, the desire for knowledge and the courage to sacrifice are the only real virtues of all that are usually called that. Because the will is only active in them. - Arthur Schnitzler..!!
You learn to overcome yourself, face an unpleasant activity and thereby equip yourself with the best tools for the day, namely a strengthened spirit. That’s why I also practice “cold showers” every now and then for a few weeks. Of course, I also have to admit that I often fall back into old showering habits after a few weeks (practicing this over months or even years is very difficult, because in contrast to breaking other habits, the corresponding habituation effect occurs very slowly. Even). after weeks it's not easy). But in the time that I do this practice every day, I feel mentally significantly stronger, more motivated, more balanced and even more grounded. In this sense stay healthy, happy and live a life in harmony. 🙂
